We’re a fun, hungry, smart, innovative group of eclectic people who are passionate about transforming the way clinical care teams work and communicate.- The TigerConnect team is seeking a Configuration Specialist focused on our TigerConnect software, with a major focus on our newly signed SMB clientele. Responsibilities include installing core products, configuring client specific product options, and at times, training new clients remotely. The Implementation and Configuration Specialist will at times also assist clients in identifying use cases where the solution creates efficiencies - ultimately driving outcomes and ROI for the client.We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed learner with a penchant for problem-solving and software configuration that shows up to work daily with a positive attitude.
