**Position**:Sr Brand Marketing Manager**Profile**:The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will spearhead the development of strategic partnerships with key beauty brands, orchestrating innovative marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with merchants and the global team. This role will be pivotal in implementing new ways of working internally to drive brand visibility worldwide while helping brands to drive scale faster and better. It will be responsible of ensuring alignment with business objectives, and achieving measurable results in brand growth and market presence.**Main responsibilitiesIdentify and cultivate relationships with key beauty brands to establish strategic partnerships.Develop together with brand teams the ad hoc marketing plan ensuring the stage of maturity of the brand, identifying the right strategies and tactics to reach the brand results in the market.Define together with the Merch and brand teams the KPIs for the annual planning, including budget to be allocated behind the key drivers for growthCoordinate the cross functional team to ensure planning and execution to implement on timeAnalyze, measure and report on the success of such partnerships with brands and management.
