Key challenges include synchronizing global and local processes, maintaining supplier engagement, and consistently delivering value.**Core Responsibilities**:- **Sourcing & Contracting**: To Understand the business needs and provide supply and sourcing strategies. Contracts in compliance with product specifications and Category requirements.- **Negotiation & Cost analysis**:To drive quotes and cost analysis, price adjustments by cost drivers.- **Risk Management**:To Identify, handle, and communicate risks by leading action plans to avoid/mitigate potential impacts from own area and linked to internal customers points of connection.- **Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)**:To lead Supplier Relationship Account by developing, evaluating and with a continuous improvement approach to the Vendors as responsible.
