Specializing in formulating and executing the occupational HSE program. To ensure the HSE performances of our operations complies with local and Metso Outotec standards through proactive implementation of systems, education, and training of personnel. This function will work closely with location managers as well as provide advice, guidance, and support to employees.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWorks with NA HSE manager in the developing and implementing an HSE program within the country’s business lines and units.Participate in customer discussions on HSE.Participate in developing a good safety culture.Work with the country’s management to ensure that all our local and customer safety requirements are reached.Understand local HSE requirements and is able to offer solutions which produce the most appropriate result for the location and Metso Outotec.Help the local organizations understand current issues and needs and keep them abreast of current policies and programs.
