As a Production Manager, it’s a key role in overseeing and managing the production processes within a manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production, meeting quality standards, and optimizing the use of resources. The Production Manager will collaborate with different departments to achieve production goals, implement process improvements, and maintain a safe working environment. Responsible for planning and optimizing the company's resources. Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities (waste) for implementation and execution of continuous improvement. Responsible for managing human resources to achieve the goals defined by the company. Responsible for supervising the execution and compliance of the quality management system. Responsible for creating and controlling the budget for the short, medium, and long term of the company's business unit. Responsible for creating reports that help understand the behavior and that must be addressed in the assigned business unit in the company. Responsible for coordinating resources to execute manufacturing engineering changes in the company's business unit. Responsible for supervising the timely execution of production line transfers in the assigned business unit of the company. Responsible for supervising compliance with activities assigned to subordinates. Responsible for supervising compliance and execution of the company's security procedures by subordinates. and other activities that the immediate boss assigns. Continuous Learning : Finds ways to continuously improve processes. Initiating Action : Takes prompt, proactive action to accomplish work goals with limited oversight, be creator of changes and implementations, not wait to receive new orders to start. Team Building : Knows how to get the team moving in the same direction to deliver results, making the changes needed according to demands and goals as result of changes. Continuous Improvement : Finds ways to continuously improve processes, methods, and team performance, reducing transportation, inventory, movements, time on hold, overproduction, overprocess and quantity of products with defect.
