The role focuses on communication with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring timely payments and continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:As an Associate, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for:- Communicate with purchasing teams and suppliers regarding invoice holds and payment issues- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies using ERP systems- Maintain supplier account status and ensure timely processing- Support automation and process optimization initiatives- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve KPIs and sourcing efficiency- Participate in continuous improvement projects- Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable prices.- Researches suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.- Researches and consolidates buyer/market profiles to ensure database is administered and kept up to date.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are Associate, Commodity Management & Sourcing.
