El Analista de Apoyo de Operaciones 2 es un puesto de nível intermedio a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones. Además, el Analista de Apoyo de Operaciones 2 es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes. El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.**Responsabilidades**:- Actualizar el contenido de ayuda que utilizan los usuarios finales del Centro de conocimientos para contestar consultas de clientes según sea necesario.- Ejecutar trabajo asignado, como las solicitudes de cambios y la certificación de revisión anual.- Ser el enlace con los negocios para asignaciones de trabajo, al realizar preguntas para constatar hechos, seguir los puntos pendientes y ayudar a la aprobación de contenido.- Realizar la evaluación de necesidades y actualizar contenido o desarrollar soluciones relacionadas con el contenido según los requisitos comerciales.- Investigar y buscar soluciones para las consultas sobre contenido de ayuda y otros puntos pendientes relacionados con el negocio, incluyendo brechas y los cambios en la política.- Controlar la progresión del trabajo al garantizar que se completen las asignaciones antes de la fecha de vencimiento solicitada.- Garantizar la aplicación consistente de controles de proceso del equipo.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia**Calificaciones**:- Entre 0 y 2 años de experiência relevante.- Dominio de Microsoft Office.- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar plazos de entrega o cambios imprevistos en las expectativas o los requisitos.- Automotivación y atención a los detalles.- Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.- Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.**Educación**:- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nível de los tipos de trabajos realizados.
