El analista intermedio de Cartera de Crédito es un puesto de nível intermedio responsable de realizar revisiones crediticias, aprobaciones de crédito y controlar la cartera para identificar migraciones de crédito junto con el equipo de Gestión de Riesgos. El objetivo general de este puesto es gestionar la exposición de la cartera de Citi a clientes y contrapartes a nível global.**Responsabilidades**:- Resolver problemas y sugerir soluciones para problemas moderados- Integrar el conocimiento del área de especialidad con una comprensión de las normas y prácticas de la industria y el modo en que los equipos colaboran para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción o familia del puesto.- Desempeñarse como asesor y experto en la industria.- Analizar y aprobar límites de crédito de contrapartes para operaciones de comercio, transacción y financiamiento con fondos.- Desarrollar un marco y procesos de gestión de riesgos para fondos.- Asesorar a empresas y clientes acerca de estructuras de transacción y negociar los plazos de crédito.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares**Calificaciones**:- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.- Experiência en análisis financiero, contabilidad y valoración- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.**Educación**:- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.- **Job Family Group**:Risk Management- **Job Family**:Credit & Portfolio Risk Management- **Time Type**:- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
