Club Feast connects people with their favorite local restaurants and saves them 40% on their pre-ordered food delivery By re-imagining the current paradigm, Club Feast saves companies money, enhances restaurants' profitability, and improves the food delivery experience for all Join our growing team**The City Operations Role**We are looking for a Data Entry Analyst to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.**Responsibilities**:- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations- Keep information confidential- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files- Comply with data integrity and security policies- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions**Requirements**:- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk- Experience with MS Office and data programs- Familiarity with administrative duties- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner- Typing speed and accuracy- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation- Attention to detail- Confidentiality- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks- High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset**Personal Attributes**:- English fluency- Have a friendly, outgoing and engaging personality; people love being around you and you are enthusiastic about your work- You communicate effectively, clearly, confidently and are patient with others- You are resilient, comfortable with deadlines, and have a knack for solving ambiguous problems- You are able to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed- Strong attention to detail- Resourceful, friendly, organized, and a master of multitasking- Strong work ethic - flexible, committed- Embraces the small company, fast growing culture -team player, sleeves rolled up, can do more with less- Willing to work on weekends and evenings as needed**Benefits**‘Work from wherever’ policy (remote position)Unlimited Vacation/PTOFun, collaborative team where no idea is too big or too small**Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**:We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities.
