What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive alignment Translate technical capabilities into compelling product narratives with clear business value Transform business problems into effective AI-powered workflows, clearly communicating both capabilities and limitations Create and deliver presentations, demos, and training materials to support product adoption Partner closely with Engineering to ensure solutions solve real user and business problems Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle Identify and remove barriers to adoption through effective communication and collaboration Define communication strategies to highlight product wins and success stories What You’ll Bring 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex product initiatives Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making Hands‑on experience working with AI tools, with a solid understanding of their practical business limitations Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Availability to collaborate synchronously during core hours (EST) Nice to Have Experience with data‑driven platforms in areas such as marketing, advertising, or analytics Understanding of data analytics concepts and performance metrics Basic technical literacy with SQL or programming concepts Why Join EX Squared?
