We’re Hiring: Content Systems Support Analyst III Location: Guadalajara, Hybrid Are you passionate about keeping digital content running smoothly ? Join our team and help ensure Herbalife’s global content automation ecosystem stays reliable and efficient. ✅ What You’ll Do • Monitor and maintain Adobe Workfront Fusion automation scenarios • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues across Workfront ⇄ AEM ⇄ Phrase TMS • Analyze logs, JSON/XML payloads for incident resolution (no coding required) • Perform QA during global content automation runs and validate publishing workflows • Build dashboards for automation health, SLA risks, and cycle times • Author SOPs, runbooks, and provide training on content workflows and tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation and reduce manual effort} What We’re Looking For • 4 years in content operations or business systems analysis (with platform troubleshooting experience) • 1 year working with Adobe Workfront; familiarity with AEM and Phrase TMS • Hands-on experience with low/no-code automation tools (Workfront Fusion preferred) • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing workflow errors and improving processes • Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments; experience with Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Exposure to API/webhook troubleshooting, OAuth/service accounts, and SSO models Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join Us?
