The Transaction Svs Sr Manager is a senior management level position responsible for managing multiple teams through other managers, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to oversee the end results, budgeting, planning and implementation of the functional strategy.**Responsibilities**:- Provide support to Treasury and Trade services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, etc.- Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), process payments and solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operations- Manage daily operations for larger Transaction Services unit consisting of multiple teams and supervisors performing related tasks- Resolve occasionally complex and varied issues with significant departmental impact- Evaluate employee performance and make recommendations for training/development, pay increases, hiring, terminations, etc.- Oversee delivery of end results and budget management and conduct resource planning- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards**Qualifications**:- 6-10 years of experience- Senior Level experience in a Transaction Services role preferred- Senior level experience in all aspects of Transaction Services including - Treasury and Trade Services, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange preferred- Demonstrated project management skills- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication- Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master’s degree preferredEl perfil de Estrategia Sr. en (ETO) Enterprise Transformation Office es responsable de ejecutar la iniciativa de reducción de riesgos operativos cuyo objetivo principal era disminuir los riesgos operativos y eliminar/reducir las actividades manuales en los procesos de Operaciones.Tareas principales:Priorización del backlog de procesos.Mantenimiento de herramientas de priorización que en base al riesgo más relevante.Representante/enlace de ETO en proyectos globalesElaboración de informes ejecutivos y de estado.Responsable de la entrega de la automatización de procesos de CUTSPEI.Evita la reapertura de problemas relacionados con la portabilidad de nómina y el cierre de problemas relacionados con la falla del proceso del Manual de CUT SPEI.* CUTSPEI significa “Cuenta” Única de la Tesorería SPEIExperiência previa:6 a 8 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos enfocado al segmento de pagosPerfil experimentado en la medición de KPIs para detectar mejoras en procesos y variaciones así como el cumplimiento regulatorioInglés intermedio-avanzado- **Job Family Group**:Operations - Transaction Services- **Job Family**:Transaction Capture Services- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
