**Job Title**: Senior Electrical Engineer**Location**: Corpus Christi, Texas / El Paso, Texas - TN VISA Eligible**Overview**:We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Electrical Engineer** with **10-20 years of experience** in designing and implementing industrial and commercial electrical systems. This position involves leading project teams, coordinating complex substation designs, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards and client satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead **Physical Substation Design** and coordination efforts.- Conduct essential calculations, including **lighting, load flow, voltage drop**, and **short circuit analysis**.- Ensure all **installation** and **operations** meet specifications, codes, and client requirements.- Prepare **electrical system specifications**, technical drawings, and topographical maps.- Develop electrical **circuit designs, schematics, and part lists**.- Analyze both **new and existing circuits**.- Oversee or perform **printed circuit board design** and related software development.- Maintain and develop **technical documentation** for both internal and external use.- Compile **reports** on current and prospective electrical engineering projects.- Lead engineering projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.- Provide **support for manufacturing** through troubleshooting and testing of automation systems.- Contribute to **marketing** with technical content and support.- Deliver **product field training** or testing services for clients as required.- Perform additional tasks as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution (**REQUIRED**).- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure (**PREFERRED**).- Experience in **Substation Design** (480V, 5KV, 15KV, 138KV) (**PREFERRED**).- Knowledge of **MV MCC Controls Design** (**PREFERRED**).- 10-20 years of experience in **Industrial Plant, Engineering,** or **Consulting** sectors.- Proficiency in engineering standards, including **NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE,** and **ANSI**.- Familiarity with engineering software such as **SKM, ETAP, EasyPower,** and **Relay Programming (SEL)** (**PREFERRED**).- Strong **organizational skills** with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proven experience in **leading engineering teams** and mentoring junior engineers.- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**, with a commitment to client satisfaction.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Tienes disponibilidad de cambio de residencia?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Physical Substation Design: 10 años (Deseable)- Experience in Substation Design (480V, 5KV, 15KV, 138KV): 10 años (Deseable)- NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE, and ANSI.: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
