**A&T GROUP - Sorteadora de calidad****SALES MANAGER****Objetivo del Puesto**Cerrar nuevos negocios estratégicos y gestionar cuentas clave de la región norte, incluyendo Saltillo, Monterrey y zonas industriales cercanas. Será responsable de liderar la relación comercial de inicio a fin: prospección, cierre, implementación y solución de problemas del cliente. Representará comercialmente a A&T con autonomía, enfoque en resultados y alta capacidad de resolución.**Requisitos del Perfil**- Educación:- Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.- Deseable diplomado o certificación en ventas B2B o estrategia comercial.- Experiência:- Mínimo 3 años en ventas de servicios industriales o soluciones operativas.- Experiência en ventas consultivas y manejo de cuentas industriales.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Opción a contrato indefinidoTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
