Expert Power BI DeveloperThis role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.HPE Financial Services are differentiated from other providers by their ability to serve as a bridge between technology and finance solutions, accelerating the achievement of our customers’ business goals.Finance is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join the exciting Finance Business Intelligence team to provide inputs, ideas and improvements to our finance organization.Finance Business Intelligence Analysts provide financial leadership and support to the processes and teams in Finance. We are responsible for reporting, analyzing and providing business insight and analytics for QTD Secured, historical balances, pipeline, orders and sales out information for Finance, Sales, Sales Operations and Supply Chain teams, including individual contributors and Senior VPs.**_ How you'll make your mark:_**- Build complex dimensional data models and reports from the bottom up in Power BI.- Audit existing Power BI efforts with a focus on improvement.- Visualize compelling data stories for users in Power BI- Produce KPIs with user-friendly display in Power BI dashboards- Collaborate with client’s data team to engineer revolutionary companywide data solutions- Provide skills training to users in Power BI- Create Ad Hoc and Enterprise Power BI Solutions for our users.- Provide deep support in SQL queries.**_ About you:_**- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.- Typically, 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst.- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.- Exceptional communication skills- Excellent time management skills - multitasking is critical- Experienced in Project Management- Intermediate or better proficiency in DAX- Working knowledge of Power Query- Experience visualizing data in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service- Solid understanding of dimensional modeling concepts.- Ability to connect with our end users and upper management.- Insatiable curiosity and love of learningJoin us and make your markmexicoWe offer:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT and Affirmative Action employer.
