Make a positive impact while growing your skills**Responsibilities**:- Effectively serve donors and respond to their inquiries.- Record all donor information accurately in the system.- Handle incoming calls while maintaining strict quality standards.- Provide correct, accurate, and thorough information.- Obtain and assess all relevant details to handle donor requests efficiently.**Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills—a natural at building connections.- Confident and effective communicator who consistently receives positive feedback.- Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn daily.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar.- Quick learner with strong computer skills (typing more than 30 WPM in a Windows environment).- High emotional intelligence, able to stay composed under pressure.- Strong commitment to work schedule adherence and a stable career history.**Qualifications**:- Advanced or Native-level English required.- Preferably 1+ years of experience in a similar role.- Familiarity with legal terms and jargon is a plus, but not required.**Schedules**:- 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Sundays off)- 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Sundays off)**Salary**:$3,300 MXN weekly + bonuses**Benefits**:- Competitive salary with bonuses- Flexible part-time schedule- Sundays off- Make an impact by helping children- Build valuable customer service skillsPay: From $3,300.00 per weekWork Location: In person
