Job ID: 21576**Location**:Cuautla, MX**Customer Service Engineer Jr****Job ID**:12809**Location**:México**Customer Service Engineer Jr**To be the first touch point for our Customer as Vitesco´s representative in case any complaint is araised either from OEM´s or Tiers 1 within her/his local region. Also as Vitesco´s representative the RCSE Jr. Is responsible for implementing/Executing /coordinating any containment action required at any time.Responsible for 0km data management/registration in VTQS.**Main activities**:- Obtains all relevant evidences and performs initial analysis for Quality issues at the customer site- Responsible to provide evidence (parts, analysis elements, labels, pictures, etc) in a timely manner to Vitesco´s Plant for deeper analysis.- Keeps clear communication and open channels between Customer's Assembly plant and Vitesco´s plant in a timely manner.- Coordinates containment activities at the customer site (i.e. sorting activities, inspections etc.).- Supports the 8D results communication (if needed) at the customer site.**Requierements**:Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial EngineeringTechnical education & more than 5 years of experiency in the Automotive industryAt least Technical education & more than 5 years of experiency in the Automotive industry**Competencies**:Advanced English C1Geometrical tolerances, blueprints interpretationAnalysis of non confirming product, Electronic circuits, Electrical diagramsNegotiation, effective communication, time managementISO / TS 16949, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, VDA 6.3, SPCPPAP, APQP, MSA**Working Time**: Completo**Business Unit**: Calidad**Department**: Calidad**Your Contact Partner**: Tesoro A.
