Your priority- will be to support students to achieve their full potential.- In a typical day, you will:- Visit the student s workplace to observe them working on installations- Support them to complete their onsite portfolio of evidence.- Complete progress reviews with students and set them targets.- Liaise with employers, teaching staff & support departments to progress- students through their apprenticeship.- Relevant industrial experience is invaluable, along with experience of sharing your- skills in an educational/training environment.**You need to hold a minimum of an NVQ level 3 in the Electrical Sector.
