IT Project Manager

Description: IT Project Manager We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an IT Project Manager at Marsh, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing risksبو, stakeholders, and resources effectively. We will count on you to: Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources required to complete the project successfully. Project Execution: Manage the project team and ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required四不像 standards. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, महामारी team members, and extended project team to ensure that project goals are met. Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team_SCROLLS. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently. Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project processes are followed consistently. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved. Project Closure: Ensure that all project deliverBO deliverables are completed, and that the project is closed out in a timely and efficient manner. What you need to have: 6-10 years of Project Management experience Experience of managing Finance system projects necessary – Ideally Oracle Financials Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to convey information clearly and concisely to stakeholders of all levels. Advanced skills in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals. Good time management skills to be able to manage your own time and time of project team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
