ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: MEX )**About BNP Paribas**- *Rated A+ by Standard & Poor's._**About BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking****Perimeter of Responsibilities**:- Support local accounting tasks:- Accounts payable: (i) in charge of invoices and payments tracking, (ii) preparing purchase orders, (iii) accounts payable accounting, (iv) elaborate and update AP manual (v) Corporate cards review and reimbursements- Fixed Assets: (i) Depreciation and amortization calculation, (ii) Control and update of fixed assets- Monthly accounts reconciliation- Support on budget preparation and monitoring- Support in bank examinations and internal and external audits- Tax accounting- Monitoring of tax accounting- Work with external tax advisor on the preparation BNPP Mexico and BNPP Permanent Establishment Mexico tax returns- Support on information requests from tax authorities- Support for other tax reporting- Support the team on ongoing projects:- IFRS9, yearly stress tests, new regulations analysis,- Identify, escalate and remediate data quality issues- Support the CFO on different tasks, such as the preparation of presentations and reports, update and follow ups of policies and procedures and other ad-hoc requests- Comply with all applicable regulations (local or those defined by Group) and BNPP internal policies as well as Code of Conduct. This includes but is not limited to Financial Security, Know Your Customer, Due Diligence, Client Interest Protection, Market Integrity, Professional Ethics and Respect for colleagues- Additionally, responsible of monitoring KYS related issues or any unusual activities in a proactive manner communicating them to the Compliance team.**Minimum Required Qualifications**:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Reporting, Bank Accounting, Regulatory Reporting or equivalent functions- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required- Financial reporting knowledge- Knowledge of Mexican GAAP- Knowledge in bank products (Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income and Repos) a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools, i.e., Power Point, Excel, Word**SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS**- High ethical values- Communication skills- Organizational skills- Analytical skills- Taking initiative- Client focus- Taking responsibilities- Capable of work under pressure**Primary Location**: MX-DIF-Miguel Hidalgo**Job Type**: Standard / Permanent**Job**: FINANCE ACCOUNTS AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL**Experience Level***: At least 5 years**Schedule**: Full-time**Entity***: BNP Paribas CIB
