We focus brilliant minds, technology services, and performance excellence to modernize supply chains.The wide range of solutions include:- Technical and functional integration design by technical logistics experts.- Business Analytics and Intelligence that helps unlock hidden savings within the network through full supply chain visibility.**Position Description**:**Responsibilities**:Process & Operations: Help make Redwood Delivery and Customer Success teams more efficient through process improvement initiatives:- Uphold strict and consistent standards of process documentation for distribution to internal resources- Monitor and report user compliance to SOP’sLeadership Support: Support department leaders by providing accurate and timely data to inform business decisions:- Work with the Business Analytics team to create meaningful reports and dashboards sourcing our data warehouse, using Tableau- Provide training and identify best practices to internal stakeholders- Provide timely reporting on Delivery and Customer Success metrics to drive a positive customer experience, revenue growth, and operational scalabilityFinance: Drive execution of all finance functions for the department, including:- Monitor vendor invoices for accuracy, track approvals, and confirm timely payments- Manage tasks related to month-end financial reporting- Provide ad hoc financial and analytical decision support to business partners**Qualifications**:- Bilinguall in English and Spanish- BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferred- 3+ years relevant experience with customer success, management consulting, data analytics, customer support or other relevant professional experience- Excellent listener with proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, such as fellow team members, managers, executive leadership, and customers- Detail oriented self-starter with a "can do" attitude and critical thinking skills with the ability to work autonomously- Problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills to take on new challenges, interpret operational needs, and develop & execute integrated, tactical solutions in collaboration with relevant business functions for overall success- Proficient working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and creating (creative) slides/deck- Ability to multitask while effectively prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects of varied scope and timelines**Rewards**:In addition, when you are contracted you will receive:- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days “Aguinaldo” Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.- Vacation time starting at 12 days.
