EMPRESA LIDER DEL RAMO DE TRANSPORTE SOLICITA:CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**Requisitos**:Inglés conversacional y escritolicenciatura en Relaciones internacionales o a finno es necesaria experiência en el puesto, pero si en logística o transporteFunciones y responsabilidades- Realizar venta de trailer´s- Alta de viaje en sistema (Rate Confirmation);- Monitoreo con Operaciones el arranque de viaje en tiempo para evitar cobro por demoras.- Control y ubicación de cajas en sistema All-ways VS GPS.- Planeación de ventas de IMPO/EXPO.- Envió de información de viaje a Cliente de acuerdo a como lo solicite.- Notificación de entrega en tiempo a Cliente.- Notificación de eventualidades del viaje al Cliente reportadas por Operaciones/Tracking.- Proporcionar a Operaciones los documentos para el correcto tráfico de la unidad.- Revisar documentación de entrega de mercancía en sistema- Reporte a Operaciones de incidencias de cajas mal ubicadas con lo real.- Reportar por correo electrónico en caso de existir Claima Gerente de operaciones, Recursos Humanos y Calidad.- Envió de reporte de ventas solicitado semanalmente antes de las 10:00am.- Mantener información de Clientes actualizada, contratos, en caso de ser ubicación de carga nuevo solicitar cuestionario con evidencia y notificar a Operaciones. Si el cliente es directo, realizar auditoria presencial de verificación en caso de no ser CTPAT.- Notificar a Operaciones en caso de nuevas rutas para que se realice análisis de riesgo.ofrecemos:- Sueldo con esquema de compensaciones para ingresos superiores a los $18,800 mensuales- Desarrollo y crecimiento dentro de la empresa- Prestaciones de ley- Estabilidad laboralTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $14,000.00 - $18,800.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Teléfono de la empresaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadPregunta(s) de postulación:- tienes experiência en transporte o logística?Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: In person
