Client: Our client is a key player in offering business services and technology platforms specifically designed for the outdoor recreation industry.Project overview: A modern customer experience platform for government payments, where residents can find services from vehicle registrations, and utilities to getting licenses and paying property taxes all in one place.Position overview: We are looking for an experienced.NET FullStack Team Lead, who can be quickly onboarded into the team and become a valuable team member. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.- Responsibilities: Develop high-quality code for the Client's suite of products- Collaborate with product managers, designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver software solutions based on specifications- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences that align with the unique needs of state government agencies.- Perform peer reviews of code written by others- Mentor junior developers on the team.- Work with the scrum team daily- Contribute to decisions made on determining effort and complexity- Participate in scrum ceremonies- Requirements: Proven professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on C# development with 2+ years experience in.NET Core and Entity Framework.- Strong experience with SQL Server and database design/development using SQL Server (we are currently in 2019 and greater)- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Javascript, JQuery, and Bootstrap- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Solid understanding of source control systems (Git, SVN) and Agile development methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team- A self-starter who succeeds by researching solutions and solving problems.- Experience with RESTful Web Services.- Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices around ASP.NET and MVC Architectures
