Performs complex analysis as well as ensures compliance with established quality principles. Manages professional and support level employees within specific areas in Quality. Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries such as installing quality sampling systems.**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**- Assure compliance with Medical Devices regulations and good storage and distribution practices according to local and global regulations for Medical Devices and other health care categories.- Implement and maintain Quality Management System, audits and records in compliance with local and global regulations.- Lead people for performance assigning clear roles and responsibilities with open transparency and escalations.- Drive process for improvement and risk management approach for continuous improvements and efficiency within Solventum and Third Parties.- Implement and maintain process for receiving, overlabeling, inspection, releases, storage, distribution and recalled & returned goods in accordance with local and global regulations besides the regulatory licensing of the products.- Support the techno vigilance process- Lead the audit and the training programs- Maintain a process that only materials with a valid sanitary license is being over labeled and distributed to approved distributors according to the local Licensing.**Your Skills and Expertise**- Licenciatura en Ciencias Químicas o similar: Farmaceútica, biólogica, médica, biomédica o relacionado con estudios de licenciatura en el área farmacéutica, química, biológica, medicina, biomédica, bioquímica u otra profesiónsimilar; título y cédula profesional.- Mínimo 2 años en el puesto de Health Officer para Dispositivos Médicos.- People & change management leadership skills.- Advanced English speaking.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Post market survaillance- Government Bids and Tenders process in Mexico- Use of Power BI e SAP- ISO13485 certificate**Work location**:- **Onsite****Travel: May include up to**5%**domestic**Relocation Assistance: Not authorized**Solventum es un empleador que ofrece las mismas oportunidades.
