PPS Quality and Project managment will be responsible to coordinate Quality activities related for Battery Tray and Pack, management the program milestones training for his people, standardization of SMP, SOP, Quality matrix of your technology. Inventory management ensuring that spare parts are available Maintain and audit correct compliance with maintenance activities Welding matrix management to ensure processes and any changes are correctly updated to eliminate variation between amp sheets and the process to achive > 90 % OPE of equipments assigned.Develop projects to reduce the Transformation CostPerform benchmarking strategies with sister plants to determinate the actions to avoid any injuries for Toluca Battery Plant.Coordination of technical training to meet the required levels 5 Leak Test machine and process, welding instructor to train personnel and technicians in welding and sealer responsible for managing resources to prevent online production losses using SPW methodologies. to acomplish the support and analyze execution of battery tray and package components within their process.Will organize Plant & Quality resources in order to efficiently lead efficencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing processes for new equipment, trial production & launching and improving operations KAI's & KPI's.**Job Description**:PPS Quality and Project managment will be responsible to coordinate Quality activities related for Battery Tray and Pack, management the program milestones training for his people, standardization of SMP, SOP, Quality matrix of your technology. Highly developed communications skills.Knowledge in IATF, GD&T, CQI15.Knowledge in Cut and Etch method, destructive testing for weld conformance validation.Has developed P-FMEA and CP.**Has worked with troubleshooting tools**:DMAIC, DOE, Pareto, 8D's and A3.Knowledge and follow up of quality indicators.**Soft skills**: Self-directed, collaborative (teamwork), ownership, sense of urgency/ agile, achiever, leadership & project management skills.Mig Welding and TIG welding experince on fine tuning, adjusted parametersPrior experience with software Lincon, Weld Spun, WTCTrained and with experience in problem solving methods like Kaizen, Shainin (Red-X), RPS.Employment Type**Temporary/Fixed Term**: 18 monthsOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
