This professional will collaborate seamlessly with other stakeholders from the Product, Conversion Optimization, SEO, Digital Marketing, Development, and Creative Services teams to grow the online properties and execute tactical plans, constantly improving and delivering to meet commercial business goals.What You Will Do:- Devise, build, and manage a roadmap of content requirements for the company’s website.- Leverage and collaborate with multi-departmental resources to guide and oversee the execution of content production.- To achieve tactical-level plans for keyword rankings and organic traffic targets, provide specialized expertise to the team and project.- Look for ways to optimize parallel production within the team, resulting in incremental conversion.- Create compelling, innovative, content-oriented campaigns.- Manage production timelines and delivery schedules while working with vendors to meet deadlines.- Manage the creation and production of creative content and sponsorship materials.- Execute the delivery process and oversee quality control for all creative content materials to ensure creative intentions and clearances are adhered to and maintained.- Monitor site visibility from organic search and the position tracking of keywords.- Adjust and correct yearly plans as needed.- Report to the SEO Director, ensuring all strategic deliverables are implemented.Here’s what we are looking for:- 5+ years of experience as an SEO Content Manager or in a similar role is required.- 3+ years of experience developing and executing a successful SEO strategy.- 3+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development.- University graduates with degrees in communication, advertising, marketing, or other related fields.- Knowledge of A/B and other testing methods.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Extensive knowledge of research principles and methods, as well as experience with data analysis.- Advanced English level.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.
