We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our work, and our team of talented professionals plays a key role in achieving this commitment.**Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Fullstack Developer to join our team in Guadalajara.**Key Responsibilities**:- Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure systems to meet client requirements.- Provide fullstack development expertise, with a strong focus on backend technologies using Python and databases like MariaDB.- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define architectural solutions that support product and business objectives.- Lead technical decision-making, providing mentorship and guidance to the development team.- Optimize existing systems and solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.- Communicate technical strategies and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**Qualifications****Required**:- Expertise in Python development and relational databases.- Proven experience in system architecture and fullstack development at an architect level.- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving technical projects and mentoring teams.- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.**Additional Information****Location**:Guadalajara,Jalisco, Mexico (working from home - office won't be mandatory all the time, rather it will required from time to time).- Support international projects and travel to the USA as needed (a valid USA visa is preferred).
