This role involves conducting financial audits, preparing tax returns, and providing outsourced accounting services tailored to their nonprofit clients.**Responsibilities**- Conduct thorough audits of nonprofit organizations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for nonprofit clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Provide outsourced accounting services, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll management.- Collaborate with nonprofit leaders to provide strategic financial insights and guidance.- Stay up-to-date with nonprofit accounting practices, tax law changes, and financial regulations**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- At least 2 years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for experience in public accounting.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.- Experience in US based companies- CPA designation would be preferredExcellent English level both written and spoken- Must speak Spanish**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- The chance to make a significant impact in the nonprofit community.- This is a long term employment with opportunity to grow to a Accounting ManagerPay: $37,534.27 per monthWork Location: Remote
