Run what runs the world.Ce poste est placé sous l'autorité de:Responsable des opérations**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing materials in line with technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and terms. You will ensure that all purchasing activities comply with ABB’s corporate policies and procedures. Additionally, you will contribute by identifying new suppliers in collaboration with the relevant category team.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics Business Unit in Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**:- Initiating purchase orders in the system based on requisitions, in alignment with standard procedures. Confirming deliveries with suppliers and monitoring their performance against PO requirements.- Negotiating agreements with key suppliers and periodically updating price lists and terms and conditions.- Recommending frame agreements to management and executing them upon approval.- Analyzing and evaluating supplier bids to determine the best value.**What it takes to Run what runs the world**:- 3+ years of experience in purchasing materials for industrial projects. Experience in the automotive and/or consumer goods industries is a plus.- Strong background in negotiations, PO management, material tracking, and invoice handling.- Willingness to travel.
