**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Develop high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Python and mySQL.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.- Maintain code quality organization and automation.- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Implement security and data protection measures.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system.- Document development processes code changes and other technical information.**Qualifications**- Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in software development.- Must have expertise in AWS React JS SQL Python and mySQL.- Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus.- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.- Must have excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).- Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.- Must have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Must have experience with version control systems like Git.- Must have the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.- Must have experience with automated testing frameworks.- Must have a strong understanding of database design and management.- Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
