Manages site and oversees performance, manages support functions and external stake holders, defines site vision, builds positive work culture and leads leadership routines.Responsible for ensuring have a safe yard place for +700 parcels per day, properly trained more than + 280 associates, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs.
