**OBJETIVO**Tiene como objetivo el ser soporte en el desarrollo capacidades del proceso, métodos de trabajo y mediante la utilización de herramientas de mejora continua contribuir con métricos de las diferentes áreas funcionales de la empresa. Detectar oportunidades para reducción de desperdicios logrando un impacto financiero a la planta.Roles y **Responsabilidades**:- Promover el uso de herramientas Lean/SixSigma. - Coordinar elaboración e implementación de proyectos de mejora. - Seguimiento a proyectos comprometidos en Budget (savings). - Coordinar Ramp ups en lanzamientos NPI e incrementos de produccion. - Revision, ajuste y aprobacion de proyectos de mejora continua. - Coordinación de juntas de comunicación de métricos a nível planta. - Administración de Scorecard (métricos) nível planta. - Entrenamiento en herramientas Lean/Six Sigma. - Cumplir con los entrenamientos asignados a la posición, de acuerdo con su matriz de entrenamiento, asi como asegurar que se encuentra entrenado antes de ejecutar una nueva actividad. - Reportar peligros y lesiones al Lider y/o supervisor Inmediato. - Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad e higiene y politica ambiental. - Participar activamente en el comité de seguridad e higiene y medio ambiente y brigadas para caso de emergencia en caso de ser necesario. - Asistir a los entrenamientos que sean programados por la empresa.**Required Qualifications**:ESCOLARIDAD: Ingeniero Industrial o AfínINGLES: Nível IntermedioEXPERIENCIA: de 2 a 3 años- Conocimiento en Herramientas Lean/Six Sigma, Metodología Lean / DMAIC, Estadística intermedia, Microsoft Office Intermedio. - Habilidad en Administración de proyectos, Coaching, Análisis / Calculo, Enfocado a resultados.
