We’re looking for a GTN Deduction Analyst to become a central force in managing and resolving commercial deductions that directly impact our business performance.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee and resolve a wide range of commercial deductions (promotions, pricing, returns, damages, post audits) to keep our finances on track.- Monitor key performance indicators and drive reporting processes that promote transparency and efficiency.- Lead month-end performance reviews, prepare insightful analyses, and contribute to cutting-edge presentations.- Act as a primary liaison, collaborating closely with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams across multiple regions.- Analyze payment details, follow up on open deduction items, and ensure swift issue resolution to optimize cash flow.- Implement and recommend new strategies for deduction management and internal controls to enhance business processes.- Coordinate and communicate with customers, managing disputes, escalations, and documentation needs to ensure seamless collections.- Champion continuous improvement by participating in automation, process mapping, and cross-functional initiatives.- Manage monthly deductions for North America, making a direct impact on our bottom line.- Foster a spirit of teamwork and innovation, always striving to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.**About the Role**:As a GTN Deduction Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert partnering with subsidiaries across the Americas, including the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and more.
