Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:- Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual.- Key Responsibilities:- Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions- Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls- Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information- Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation- Supports accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company- Assist internal and external auditors- Supports creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP- Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices- Key Relationships:- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices- Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:- 5 Years experienceAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
