You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.**We are searching for the best talent for PRINCIPAL QUALITY TECHNICIAN to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, at Salvarcar Plant.****You will be responsible for**:In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Conducts verifications for completed activities due to non-conformities.- Can perform product release activities.- Assists or conducts investigations for non-conformities, audit observations, CAPAs, and others.- Analysis of customer complaints.- Collects and analyzes data, generates and distributes reports for quality metrics, initiatives, and/or measurable items of the plant.- Maintains inventories of consumables applicable to the department (Stationery, etc.).- Maintains quality records according to the Records Retention Schedule.- Updates and provides information such as quality records of the plant's quality systems.- Can be a database administrator for the department.- Participates in the development of quality systems and processes.- Assists quality engineers by supporting production lines.- Acts as a coordinator when there are quality issues.- Supports quality engineers in maintaining the documents of the quality system.- Responsible for communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next management level.- For those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices and that all necessary resources to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, policies, and procedures.- Performs other assigned tasks as necessary.**Requirements**:- Minimum high school diploma, currently pursuing a degree or incomplete degree, or experience in a similar position.- Bilingual: English / Spanish Preferred.- Knowledge of QSR/ISO Preferred.- Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, word processors, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, etc. Required.- Knowledge in Quality Engineering tools such as: measurement system analysis, basic statistical analysis, and others Required.- Certifications of ASQ Improvement Associate / Quality Auditor Desired.- Process Excellence Green Belt certification Desired.
