We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of** Senior Manager Engineering**.*******Principal Accountabilities**- Acting as primary management focus for regular Packaging- Designing and implementing a strategy for implementing regular refreshes of the CWD estate - for example device drivers and other desktop components- Designing and implementing a strategy for adoption of Packaging- Should be willing to work extended hours or on-call for project delivery or critical incidentsRequirements**Requirements**:- Proven experience in the computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years desired progressive practise.- On SCCM will be added advantage.- Excellent communication skills, with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally and written, and articulating the content depending on the audience- Good analytical skills to review, understand and interpret documentation & requirements- Working across cultures- Industry standard certification in the respective technology- 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, specifically in Application Packaging, Packaging Model,PSADT,Intune KnowledgeAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
