The primary goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency, and value delivery, working closely with both operational teams and organizational leaders.**Responsibilities**:- Training and Mentorship- Train, mentor, and guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, technical leaders, and teams on agile practices, especially within AI and advanced technology projects.- Team Support and Guidance- Ensure the proper implementation of agile frameworks across various teams, assess their agile maturity, and define continuous improvement plans.- Culture and Change Management- Promote the cultural transformation needed for organizational agility, encouraging values such as self-management, adaptability, and continuous value delivery.- Process Optimization- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in workflow processes, from discovery to go-live, especially within AI and ML solutions.- Facilitation of Key Events- Facilitate strategic agile events such as PI Plannings, leadership retrospectives, inception sessions, and ideation and prioritization workshops, ensuring effective participation and tangible outcomes.- Measurement and Evolution- Define and track key agile maturity metrics and value delivery indicators.- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with engineering, product, quality assurance, design, and data science teams to maintain alignment and consistency in the agile approach.- Evangelization of Best Practices- Foster an internal agility community by sharing experiences, success stories, learning artifacts, and promoting agile best practices.- Strategic Jira Management- Administer, optimize, and promote strategic use of Jira as the central tool for agile management, ensuring standardization of workflows, key automations, visibility of relevant metrics (lead time, throughput, WIP), and alignment with delivery and initiative tracking processes.**Requirements**:- Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Systems, or related fields.- Proven experience in agile environments, with a minimum of 2 years as an Agile Coach.- Demonstrable experience in technology, software, or consulting firms delivering digital products or AI-based solutions.- Preferably experience in agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, Spotify Model, LeSS, Nexus).- Technical Knowledge- Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean.- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion.- Preferably knowledge in DevOps processes, ML Ops, CI/CD, and AI model-related projects.- Agile certifications or Agile Coaching certifications are desirable but not required.- Language Skills- Spanish: Native or fluent.- English: Intermediate level (technical reading, international collaboration, and technical
