Code number: J Entry level: Professionals Location: Remote or Hybrid (Mexico) Organization: MHP Mexico The Finance and Controlling Senior Consultant is expected to perform high-quality project work for our customers, continue to build the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling capability in North America and foster its continued growth within our Operations Excellence service unit. This role requires a focused and analytical mindset and will require working towards set objectives with a level of autonomy, living a culture of accountability, and taking a hands‑on approach to execution. With this in mind, this person will be required to ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers as well as support new business opportunities. Work on challenging projects in management, process, and technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industries Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Finance, Controlling, and SAP Deploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, and cost Foster long term relationships with clients Identify and lead business development opportunities Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent education Experience 7+ years of work experience in the consulting industry 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience 2+ years of experience in the Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing sector preferred SAP S/4HANA experience preferred 1+ full SAP lifecycle implementations Strong domain expertise in the business area of Finance & Controlling Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus Analytical and structured working attitude Location: remote across Mexico, hybrid if based in Guadalajara Additional Valid US Visa and Mexican passport and availability to travel As a technology and business partner, MHP has been digitizing the processes and products of its around 300 mobility and manufacturing sector customers worldwide for 29 years.
