As a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, you will perform activities at the level of credit and collection, as well as taking care of answering telephone calls, and managing documents to maintain the operation in efficient conditions**Key Responsibilities**:- Make invoices and credit notes.- Optimally emit documents.- Efficiently provide order status, pricing information.- Re-invoicing, returns, movements to make price changes and data capture.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in call center, administrative activities, or accounting records.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business administration or Economic-Administrative careers.- Basic English and good interpersonal skills.- As well as proven knowledge in call center specifically in credit areas, customer portfolio, documents, analyst, or credit executive.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
