**Location: San Luis de la Paz****Opportunity**Under the direction of Director Vitreous Operations, this position is responsible for promote, develop and coordinate the implementation of industrial safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomic, occupational health, security and fire protection programs at the facility.**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Oversees environmental, safety, occupational health, security and fire protection policies.2. Develops/promote the implementation of the corporate programs for environmental, occupational health, industrial safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, security and fire protection programs.3. Promote the implementation of the corporate safety system (KSMS).4. Promote the implementation of the corporate environmental/sustainability system.5. Promote the implementation of the corporate security and fire protection procedures or guidelines.6. Promote the implementation of the corporate occupational health procedures or guidelines.7. Ensures that Kohler Sanimex meets the environmental legislation as well as coordinate the best practices in use at Kohler Plants in the United States.8. Ensures that Kohler Sanimex meets the industrial safety, industrial hygiene and ergonomics legislation as well as coordinate the best practices in use at Kohler Plants in the United States.9. Ensures that Kohler Sanimex meets the security and fire protection legislation as well as coordinate the best practices in use at Kohler Plants in the United States.10. Ensures that all the personnel under his responsibility be updated and trained in their respective areas.11. Maintains communication with the different government agencies in order to meet all the requirements.12. Implements educational programs that focus on environmental, industrial safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, occupational health and security and fire protection.13. Keeps in touch with EHS corporate in order to implement programs applicable for the EHS department at Kohler Sanimex.14. Coordinates the medical service personnel (medical doctor and nurses).15. Coordinate the safety specialist personnel.16. Coordinate environmental/sustainability engineer.17. Coordinate the security and fire protection coordinator.18.
