RPO (Regional Process Office) is a key driver to achieve this as we are focused on process improvement and digitalization of internal business processes of local customers in Mexico and potentially at a regional level.You could work across all companies in Siemens Mexico (sales, finance, factories) and interact with our global community in a collaborative environment.Role responsibilities- Identification of new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing technical feasibility with the consultants and the process owners- Be an early adapter, propose new technology implementations and enjoy learning every day.- Create and maintain documentation to support development activitiesRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Computing Sciences)- Advanced English Proficiency (B1-B2)- Experience in Visual Basic and Macro (VBA) development (or any other scripting language) is mandatory.- Experience in KNIME or any other data analytics platform is a Plus.- Experience in UIPath is also considered as a Plus.- Knowledge with API, SQL, Java, Low code platforms (Mendix), MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI) is preferred.- Use of MS Visio and Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)- High affinity for technology and innovation (discover/learn new tools and digitalization mindset)- Customer and results oriented, Self-driven, facility to work with several stakeholders and different work environments.- Collaborative with an ability to work with the international project members and cultivate relationships and networks
