About the job Be a trusted legal advisor supporting day‑to‑day operations and contributing to long‑term strategic success. In your future role as Legal Counsel you will Provide legal support to our Integrated Supply Chain teams in Mexico, including Procurement, Operations, and Human Resources. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts (e.g., commercial, sales, procurement, logistics, and distribution). Manage corporate governance and corporate secretarial responsibilities for Mexico‑based legal entities. Assist with compliance‑related matters and internal investigations. Deliver legal and compliance training to business and functional teams. Collaborate with global legal team members and support special legal projects as needed. We believe you bring A Licenciatura en Derecho or equivalent law degree from a recognized Mexican university. License to practice law in Mexico. Solid experience gained at a well‑regarded law firm focused on corporate / commercial matters. In‑house legal experience in a corporate or multinational environment (strongly preferred). Deep understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk management. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Great if you have... Experience supporting legal operations within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors. Exposure to international compliance frameworks or cross‑border legal matters. Systems / certificates.
