FUNCTIONS Participates in negotiations with contractors to improve the terms of contracts, coordinates the whole negotiation process. Coordinates work on conclusion of contracts within the framework of ongoing procurement procedures. Expert reviews of purchase requisitions for procurement of GWS for compliance with the requirements, completeness of technical tasks and the availability of information necessary for holding of procurement procedures and concluding a contract. Expert reviews of contract strategies for compliance with the requirements of basic legal documents (PSA, JOA, etc.), applicable legislation and on presence of possible contract risks. Provides functional support of endorsement of contracting strategies in accordance with the applicable local standard acts. Participates in evaluation of proposals submitted by bidders within its competence. Provides regular reporting for management related to contracts engineering process. QUALIFICATIONS Higher education in legal / economics or technical disciplines in the oil and gas industry (with experience of contract work). Minimum 5 years of experience in execution of contract activities or relevant. Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas / mineral resources extraction / energy industries. Minimum 5 years of experience in international companies is preferable. Sufficient knowledge in the field of English law, private international law. Knowledge of Incoterms. Skills of work with contract documentation Knowledge of the best international practices of contracting in the oil and gas sector. Skills of work with normative-legal and contractual-legal bases, including international ones.
