En Ingeniería Industrial, mecatrónica o afín, con experiência de 4 a 5 años de experiência en el área de calidad en la Industria automotriz de preferencia, conocimiento de la norma ISO 16949, Requerimientos Q4 y requisitos específicos de cliente, y habilidades de organización y liderazgoLas principales responsabilidades del** Lider de Calidad de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad**para las plantas en nuestro complejo en Silao, Guanajuato, México.Sus principales responsabilidades serán:- Implementar programa de auditorías como PCA, LPA, PPIA, CQI´s, Producto, Q4, para mantener los documentos del sistema de Calidad actualizado.- Coordinar las auditorías de calidad externas IATF, MSA, BIQS y comunicar a las casas certificadoras cambio en los estatus con cliente.- Coordinar con su equipo las liberaciones y ejecución de los dispositivos para el control de la calidad del producto y el proceso de calidad al inicio de turno.- Evaluar, analizar los hallazgos reportados durante el proceso de auditorías, además de registrar y dar seguimiento en el portal de clientes al cierre de las acciones correctivas y preventivas.- Mantener actualizado inclusiones y/o modificaciones a los requisitos específicos de cada uno de los clientes y las acciones para las actualizaciones.- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para la evaluación y mejora del sistema de calidad.- Seguimiento a los requisitos por premios de calidad al cliente referenciados al sistema de gestión de calidad.- Evaluar, desarrollar y entrenar al personal a cargo, así como monitorear los indicadores de desempeño del área y sus acciones correctivas.**Required Skills and Education**- Conocimientos en procesos de la industria metalmecánica, sistemas calidad, requerimientos específicos de cliente, Auditorías internas y externas, Core tools, IATF 16949:2016, certificación de Auditor Líder IATF, experiência en administración de personal, Gestión de auditorías con casas de certificación de 3ra parte, experiência en uso de portales de cliente, conocimiento de CQI-9,11,12,14,15,27, conocimiento de QBIS de GM, Q1 de Ford, gestión de acciones correctivas, planes de mejora sistémicos, herramientas de solución de problemas.- Inglés: Avanzado- Sistemas: Office, portales de cliente (deseable)**About AAM**:**Why Join #TeamAAM**:As a member of #TeamAAM, you’ll get to make a difference on day one.
