As a traffic senior consultant, you will be responsible for meeting our client’s vehicle delivery needs in a timely mann. Whether an adjuster needs to deliver a vehicle to a repair shop, or a rental client needs to get a vehicle back in its fleet, this position will be need to assure our clients that we will meet their needs day in and day out.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time._- Review and determine at risk rescues using dashboards and reporting. For example, an outlier could be a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered but has not been confirmed by the service provider.- Perform “in rescue” checks with service providers to ensure vehicle delivery progress.- Partner with Assist Center Advisors and Team Leads/Supervisors on rescues requiring redispatch, updates, etc.- Confirm vehicle delivery to destination by contacting location, service provider, etc. Use Allstate Roadside technology to enter manual delivery times when applicable.- Review cases not assigned to service providers, canceled rescues and those that may have been in storage. May include contacting end customers to determine. Purpose here is to catch any process “fall out”.- Interaction with Account Management, Assist Center Operations and Product Management. Position is considered part of overall secondary product strategy.- Interaction with Allstate Roadside Network Performance Managers in support of rescue management and outlier resolution. Partner to secure service providers for challenging rescues.- Communicate with repair shops, adjusters and clients to facilitate vehicle delivery as needed.
