We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.**What You'll Do**:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product trends and opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product performance dataEngage and collaborate with suppliers to conduct plans to either deploy new product and services or to introduce improvements to existing productsAssist in developing and maintaining product documentation and specificationsSupport product lifecycle management from conception to launchPrepare detailed product reports and presentations for internal stakeholdersCoordinate product testing and provide feedback for continuous improvementManage product-related communication and support inquiriesTrack and analyze customer feedback to inform product developmentTrack revenue generated by products and servicesWork closely with internal (local and global) teams to analyze the feasibility to launch functionalities in online booking tools oriented to improve the customer experienceCoordinate and support implementation plans to deploy changes in online booking tools**What You´ll Do**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field2 years of experience in product management or related rolePrevious experience in travel or technology industry**Bilingual capabilities**: Spanish and EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis toolsExperience leading teamsAttention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and in team settingsQuick learner with adaptability to changing business environmentsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks according to the urgency and importanceLocation Mexico City, MexicoClick here to learn more about the benefits we offer in Mexico.The #TeamGBT Experience**Work and life**: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.Flexible benefits are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
