Sr Systems Specialist

**SUMMARY**:We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who'd be passionate about joining AutoZone on a mission to evolve technology within our 6k + retail locations. You will provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture.While our Scrum Masters naturally need to excel at stakeholder communication, it’s important to stress that your work here will greatly affect a lot of internal teams. You will need to constantly challenge yourself and the team to invest in self-serve capabilities, or you won’t be able to scale your offering to meet the organization’s needs. Being able to always have up-to-date information about our content, including proactive alerts for things we care about, is key to several internal teams’ success - putting additional emphasis on your ability to prioritize requirements and coordinate dependencies across multiple parallel projects and time zones.The goal is to ensure that all program deliverables are the desired outcome for our organization.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives- Coordinate cross-project activities- Lead and evaluate project managers/scrum masters and other staff- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities- Assume responsibility for the programs team and vendors- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI- Defining the program governance (controls)- Strong leadership and management skills- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.- Managing the program’s budget.- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.- Managing and utilizing resources across projects.- Managing stakeholders’ communication.- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; and- Managing the main program documentation such as the program initiation document.- Resolving projects’ higher scope issues- Prepared reports for program directors- Capture KPIs and effectively communicate to stakeholders- Planning and managing the realization of the benefits through the integration of the new capability within the business practices.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or a relevant field required- Typically requires 3-5 years’ proven experience based on consistently demonstrated capabilities.- Requires proven experience as a Program Manager or other project managerial position- Advanced English communication skills.- Scrum Knowledge: A strong understanding of Scrum framework, principles, and values. This includes knowledge of Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies.- Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices. Well-versed in Agile principles, such as iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning.- Ability to facilitate productive meetings and foster effective collaboration among teams.- Strong leadership qualities: should be able to empower the team, remove obstacles, and promote self-organization.- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying information and facilitating clear understanding among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.- Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify and address obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.- Embrace a servant leadership mindset, prioritizing the needs of the team and promoting a collaborative and empowered environment.- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate uncertainties. He should be flexible, open to feedback, and capable of adjusting plans and approaches as needed.- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is important for staying up to date with industry trends, Scrum advancements, and evolving Agile practices.- Skillful stakeholder management for engaging with various stakeholders and ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed appropriately.
