**SUMMARY**:The Global Compliance Supervisor role will support the development, maintenance and improvement of Global Quality and Compliance programs as well as identify opportunities where we can significantly reduce costs and improve quality as well as collaborating with key suppliers on strategic initiatives.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Foster positive working relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners with the goal of improving product quality, reduction of costs, and reducing returns.- Handle product-related concerns from customers, stores and/or distribution centers on a day-to-day basis and implement corrective actions to address.- Assist in the maintenance of project management software and provide periodic project updates to management.- Develop and coordinate strategic initiatives with vendors focused on manufacturing and quality systems, efficiencies, and processes, as well as KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)- Support key collaboration initiatives that improve productivity and effectiveness- Organize, plan, track, and manage to final execution designated projects that will positively impact Quality and Compliance initiatives as well as drive cost savings.- Partner with appropriate cross-functional areas and international teams to meet project deadlines and ensure timely and flawless implementation of Quality and Compliance programs.- Assist in managing the workflow process for transitions by engaging our cross-functional partners to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and that the transitions are executed flawlessly.- Facilitate key meetings for assigned projects and keep the correct team members involved and updated.- Availability to travel at least four times a year to USA visiting Distribution Centers. Activities on the trip might include performing training, identifying improvement areas, validating effectiveness of actions as well as getting feedback from internal customers.- Support the execution of test programs by identifying testing needs, tracking sample submissions, interfacing with cross-functional partners, and maintaining files.- Analyze damaged and undamaged return data and develop and implement corrective action steps to reduce and prevent product returns.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.- Area of study: Science, Engineering, or related field- Years of experience: 5-7 years- Type of experience:- At least five years of experience in Compliance and/or Managing Vendor’s Performance- Will have a working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.- Excellent organizational, project management, and planning skills- Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities- Strong collaboration and communication skills- Ability to use flexibility and creativity in problem solving techniques.- High level Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills- Looking for assertive, goal-oriented, multi-tasker to manage Quality and Compliance programs- Technical Skills:- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plus.
