About Us Fuerte Group Hotels, a family‑owned company with more than 70 years of experience in the hospitality sector and currently expanding internationally, is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a strategic project in Jamaica. This Role Has a Dual Scope Warehouse Manager for We Resolve Jamaica, our local support and maintenance company. Warehouse Manager for the Richmond Project, a resort with 500 rooms and 15 overwater villas, with an expected duration of 2 years. Role Objective To plan, organize, and oversee the management of warehouses for both We Resolve Jamaica and the Richmond Project, ensuring efficient procurement, storage, distribution, and inventory control. The mission is to optimize logistics processes, guarantee inventory traceability, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse operations for We Resolve Jamaica and the Richmond project. Manage warehouse staff: material entry/exit, storage, inventories, orders, and cleanliness. Lead the reception, storage, and delivery of materials to the construction site. Monitor and report on inventory, preventing stock shortages and ensuring supply flow. Optimize storage space and improve logistics processes. Enforce safety and occupational risk prevention standards. Prepare management reports and monthly closings. Coordinate with Procurement, Administration, and Construction Management to ensure process efficiency. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar. Experience: >5 years in warehouse management, preferably in construction companies or large‑scale projects. Languages: Minimum English level B2 (higher levels will be valued), Medium Spanish level. IT Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (SIGRID or similar) and advanced Excel. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Leadership and team supervision abilities.
