Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.- Provide leadership in EDI projects for both, customer and vendorsInteract with functional resources to understand and/or clarify requirements- Maintain and develop documentation for change control processes- Troubleshoot production issues- Responsible for all Disaster Recovery setup and testing.- Ability to work additional hours as needed.- Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the department- Provide regular updates to appropriate managers- Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems- Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management- Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant- Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
